Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer free delivery on orders over £99. For items under this amount there is a charge of £9.99 for delivery. There may also be a small charge for orders to certain parts of Scotland.

Shipping Information

Orders placed before 11am are available for next working day delivery for the majority of postcodes excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, some Scottish postcodes and offshore islands. Enter your postcode at the checkout for price and lead times.

Our items are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles and reputable furniture couriers. With mattresses and divan beds being delivered to room of choice on a 2 man service.

Paypal Orders

When ordering through PayPal, you will leave our website and the transaction will go through with your default PayPal address details. This will override any previous address details entered into our checkout page. Therefore, please
change and confirm the required delivery address within your PayPal account.

Amendments/Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and you have received an Order Dispatch or Order Collection email, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to your order.

Standard Delivery

We are proud to offer delivery on our website orders within the week, making us one of the quickest retailers online! We manufacture the majority of our divan beds and mattresses which means we can save you time and keep delivery times down to a minimum. What else do we do better than our competitors? We offer a delivery calendar so you can choose your preferred date making it really convenient for you.
 

Weekend Delivery

We can offer Saturday delivery for just £27.50 made payable through checkout. At this time we do not deliver on Sundays.

Damaged Goods

Before signing for delivery, if possible, please check for any damages or missing items.

If there are any issues, please sign for them on the delivery note as damaged or missing & report this to us within 48 hours by email to customerservices@bedfactorydirect.co.uk . If reporting damage, please enclose photos of the damage.

Please ensure you are happy with your order prior to installation as we are unable to accept returns or claims once any installation has started.
