Excellent Service
Excellent service from Toni in the Warrington Store. She was very professional, informative, patient and helpful to me. Toni didn't try and sell me the more expensive bed, but the one that suited me best. I didn't buy on that day. I visited the other bed stores after and none were as helpful to me as Toni. I went back a few days later to order my bed and the two girls working that day were also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bed Factory. Thank you.
Fabulous Service and Aftercare
What can I say about the excellent service I received at the Bed Factory. From start to finish with Jack at the Aintree store who listened, showed me a huge selection of beds till I found the one. It was a fun experience, even feet up, pillows propped and a cup of coffee to make sure. Never rushed or hurried. Sadly, there were no biscuits! A mix up with the order was quickly rectified and can't recommend them enough.

The Bed Factory Direct, Stoke, didn't just provide me with the exact bed I was looking for, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with the most polite, professional and friendly sales team you could possibly wish for... I didn't just come away happy with my purchase I left happier knowing I actually bought the bed from someone that I wanted to buy it from... the staff are above and beyond just a sales team... 10/10.
Bromborough Store
Went to the Bromborough store, lovely staff and was dealt with by Sam. She was really knowledgeable and approachable, and had patience with my inability to make decisions and my kids who she was great with. Took the pressure off the kids and was able to think about the mattress. Got a great deal off her and extras thrown in.
