Fabulous Service And After Care
What can I say about the excellent service I received at the Bed Factory. From start to finish with Jack at the Aintree store who listened, showed me a huge selection of beds till I found the one. It was a fun experience, even feet up, pillows propped and a cup of coffee to make sure. Never rushed or hurried. Sadly, there were no biscuits! A mix up with the order was quickly rectified and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Jack you deserve a pay rise ⭐️
Excellent Service
Went to buy a lower bed for an elderly relative who is struggling to get into her bed. Was served by Andrew (at Aintree store) who was very helpful and understanding of the situation. Andrew explained there was an option to have a bed cut to the required height and checked if we could still have drawers in the base. There was no hard sell and we weren’t rushed into making a decision.
Would definitely recommend Bed Factory Aintree and specifically Andrew.
Aintree Store Great Service
After looking round several chain stores we decided on the mattress that was most comfortable for us, but price was out of budget. We went to the Aintree bed factory store found the exact mattress £700 cheaper. Jack was utterly brilliant, gave us a realistic delivery date and clear information. The delivery was actually a week sooner than estimated, so I was very pleased. The guys who delivered it (today) were very polite, quick and it was a great experience.
Aintree Store - Fantastic Service
I visited the Aintree store to look for a new mattress for my bed. I’d heard the Aintree store had amazing choice and a big range of Sleepeezee mattresses to try so figured it was worth travelling a bit further. I was greeted by Nina who is possibly one of the friendliest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. She was absolutely amazing, completely informative without being pushy and really listened to what I was looking for before showing me 4 options. I looked at everything in the store but kept coming back to her choices.
